This course uses documentary style film featuring a wide variety of elders to demonstrate the skills and approaches to life that create a happy, purposeful experience of aging. Fostering connections with others is a primary theme. Alongside our elder stories, we present 6 specific skills: Be Inspired, Create Wholeness, Keep Moving, Be Agile, Develop Wisdom, and Build Connections. Their stories illustrate the many ways to exercise these inner skills, and targeted reflection questions enable you to create a roadmap for developing these attributes in yourself. This dynamically simple program moves the heart and mind, and it will enrich your relationships and approach to living.
